Private health insurer Frank, underwritten by GMHBA, has launched a new app to make the claims process faster and easier.
The company said the app enables its members to log a claim in under 60 seconds with its snap and claim feature. They can also use the 'live chat' feature to speak to a customer support staffer member in Geelong.
The new Frank app features secure log-in, using biometric technology, which means no need to remember a password.
Its other main features include access to claims history, premium payments, and information on a member's policy and their information.
