The Medicinal Cannabis Industry Association has announced the appointment of Patty Holmes as its new executive officer.
Ms Holmes will succeed Rosemary Richards in the role from 1 June 2023.
The association said she has been instrumental in its creation and administration, including governance arrangements and growing the membership base of the peak industry organisation for Australia’s medicinal cannabis industry.
MCIA chair Peter Crock said, “MCIA thanks Rosemary for her service and dedication to the organisation, and the cause, and wishes her the best for the future. I look forward to working with Patty to continue MCIA’s important work, building on the tremendous foundation that we have established thanks to Rosemary’s guidance and incredible work capacity and ethic.”
