Medibank has announced the appointment of former senior EY executive and experienced director Gerard Dalbosco to its board.
“We are very pleased that Gerard has accepted our invitation to join the Board. Gerard’s management and governance experience is extensive, as reflected in the roles he has held. He brings to the Board strong financial acumen and experience in delivering for customers, and we look forward to the significant contribution he will make to Medibank,” said chair Mike Wilkins.
Mr Dalbosco was a partner at EY until September last year, where he held a number of senior leadership roles, including for the Asia Pacific region.
He has previously served as a director of Mercy Health and Aged Care and Berry Street Victoria, as well as on the Committee for Melbourne and as chair of the National Gallery of Victoria’s Business Council.
Medibank said Mr Dalbosco has joined the audit and risk management committees.
