Health technology start-up Hola Health has been named one of the top five fastest-growing new Australian companies.
The company provides telehealth and online prescription fulfilment.
The Australian Financial Review’s Fast Starters list recognises Australia’s 100 fastest-growing start-ups and young companies.
According to the list, Hola Health grew revenue from around $100,000 in 2020-21 to $3.8 million last financial year. It said it is currently on track to exceed $10 million in revenue by the end of this financial year.
The AFR described the Perth-based company as the “standout performer in the health industry category” of the awards.
Hola Health CEO Lenin Rajendran said, “For us, it’s really a mission focused on healthcare accessibility.
“With close to half of all Australian patients seeing a GP for urgent care forced to wait 24 hours or more for treatment, Hola Health provides a simple solution to ensure all Australians can receive timely, quality healthcare.”
Rajendran added, “The satisfaction that we are solving a real-world problem is really fulfilling. The public acknowledgement is great but making a positive impact is what really drives us at Hola Health.”
